Krysty Adcroft
Lead Strategist | Managing Partner
Krysty Adcroft is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing strategist with more than a decade of experience helping businesses grow through innovative advertising solutions. After earning her business management degree with a concentration in marketing from Pennsylvania State University, she founded Tribal Media in 2010. Since then, she has successfully consulted with hundreds of companies, guiding them in social marketing, digital ad placement, and online advertising strategy. She is currently the Lead Strategist and Co-Founder of Tribal Media (a Full Service Advertising Agency) and the Managing Partner at Birdhouse Outdoor (a premium Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising Company).

Ryan Adcroft
Creative Director | Managing Partner
Ryan earned a bachelors degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University (TU). Over his career he has owned and operated various marketing companies along with gaining extensive knowledge in broadcast media sales, media placement, email marketing, internet marketing & eventually co-founding and launching Tribal Media in July of 2010. His main objective, within all of his endeavors, is to analyze the needs of businesses and creatively build marketing/branding campaigns that generate positive results for his clients. In 2019 he launched a sister company, Birdhouse Outdoor; a premium out-of-home advertising company.

Joe Adcroft
Videographer
After attending Colorado Film School in 2014, Joe moved to New York to pursue a career in Cinematography. Having worked with Google, Disney, Chase Bank, The UN, American Girl, and more, Joe strives to translate a clients vision into a simultaneously emotional and visual experience. With work ranging from high-end commercials (Soul 36) to network television shows (“New Jersey Means Business”), Joe captures the brands core values through light, texture, and color. Joe is currently spearheading Tribal’s web video division and brings an enormous amount of passion, expertise and creativity to every project.
Angelina Wheeler
Project Manager
Angelina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Pennsylvania State University in 2023. A Scranton native, she decided to return home to work in an agency that promotes businesses in the area. Her favorite part about project management is watching a project’s growth from start to finish. When she isn’t working she is either out with friends, spending time with family or creating new Pinterest boards.

Web Designer / Developer
Jordan has been designing and developing websites for over a decade with no plans of stopping anytime soon. His passion for designing and building quality, user-friendly websites is at the heart of every project. Before entering the web design industry, Jordan served in the military as a U.S. Army Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, anything that involves being in nature and training in MMA.
